RockStar® HighPower Series : Our RockStar® HighPower connector series incorporates an innovative pluggable power product transmission solution which means that installation is fast, efficient and virtually maintenance-free. Made of highly durable materials, the connectors are easy to handle and there is no need for special tools. In addition, the plug connector has a modular design which means that it can be used for a vast range of different solutions.
The housings have been designed for use in extreme environmental conditions. Their features include IP68/69K protection degrees, high shock and vibration and water resistance, and coupled with our connectors, are the ideal choice for protecting sensitive interfaces against electromagnetic interference.
Klippon TB MH Enclosures : Our Klippon® TB MH (Multi-Hinge) enclosures offer excellent performance characteristics and meet the strict requirements of industrial and hazardous areas. Made of electro-polished stainless-steel type 1.4404/316L or painted sheet steel (RAL 7032) the Klippon TB MH Series is available in twelve sizes and three standard depths ranging from 220 x 150mm (HxWxD) through to 980 x 740 x 200mm. They comply with ATEX, IECEx as well as the empty enclosures standards EN 62208 and EN 60079.
The Klippon TB MH is protected to IP 66/67. Designed to -60 to +135°C temperature ranges, the enclosures come standard with a silicone seal for use under extreme temperatures. They are certified with such approvals as ATEX, IECEx, GOST Ex, cULus and Russian Maritime Register.
An integrated dust and moisture channel prevents dirt and moisture from entering when the enclosure is opened. The external earthing stud is equipped with an IP66/67 certified sealing mechanism and is protected against twisting. The enclosures are impact (10 J, ATEX 7J) and corrosion resistant. Supplied ready for connection and to customer order, - fitted with terminals and cable glands, the Klippon TB MH enclosures are delivered with up to four gland plates (and optionally without gland plates) so that cable glands can be easily and quickly installed and attached.
The Klippon TB MH Series is reasonably supplemented with a completed range of accessories including mounting plates, terminal rails, cable glands, compensating elements, a padlock for added security and other cable entry system solutions.
Customer Specific Solutions : Our customer specific solutions service includes comprehensive consultation, engineering and installation for modified enclosures. They can be modified during the production process to meet your demands and completed with various accessory components. There is a wide range of options available such as predrilled holes and cutouts, a choice of surfaces and materials, engraving and labelling, locking options and alternative sizes. Holders for documents and rating levels, door retainers, rain shields and many more accessories which can be installed as you wish.
Industrial Ethernet : Weidmuller offers a wide range of Industrial Ethernet range of components from un-managed and managed switches to Unmanaged and Managed Gigabit Ethernet Switches, Power-over-Ethernet switches, media converters and Industrial Wireless LAN units. Complimenting the range are IP67 switches for use outside the cabinet utilising M12 connection technology. The active portfolio is complimented by a wide range of passive components from field installable RJ45 connectors, DIN rail outlets to IP67 rated Panel outlets. Surge Protection Devices : Weidmuller offers a wide range of surge protection devices which are designed to ensure that your installation meets all the current regulations including BS7671:2008, more commonly known as the 17th Edition Wiring Regulations. Our products range from LV supply protection, our PU devices cover Classes I, II and III, thus offering you a solution for all protection levels from lightning protection, to fine level end device protection, included in this range are devices specifically for PV solar applications. Also within the portfolio is the Varitector range of control and instrumentation protection devices.
