Exhibiting Options

Exhibitors are invited to maximise their show exposure by participating in any or all of the feature areas at Infrarail 2016. For exhibiting prices and information on all services included, please contact Emma Preston via email or phone on 01727 814400. We look forward to assisting you.

The Track

The on-track displays are a key feature at Infrarail. Two lengths of track supplied by TATA Steel will be laid in a prominent position within the hall where suppliers may display their products in situ. There is no better way to experience a product than to see how it sits, works and looks on track as it would in the field.

Exhibitors on The Track will be featured on the Infrarail Features section with a brief description, meaning further publicity and exposure to potential customers. Suitable products may be displayed at the cost of £493 per linear metre (subject to availability).

The Yard

Rail Plant Display Feature at Infrarail brings the outdoors in.

There is no better way to attract potential customers than having them see your actual products. Exhibitors now have the opportunity to showcase their heavy plant and machinery to thousands of visitors in a dedicated area at Infrarail – “The Yard”.

The Yard at Infrarail is proudly supported by the Rail Plant Association (RPA) and the Rail Alliance (RA).

“The Rail Plant Association (RPA) is pleased to support the Yard at Infrarail 2016. The Yard is an ideal opportunity for companies to showcase their road rail plant which always attracts a lot of interest from potential clients. The RPA considers this to be a significant contribution to the success of these shows and highly recommends getting involved in this way.”

Graham Pirson, Chairman, Rail Plant Association

“The inclusion of the Yard at Infrarail really does give the show that extra dimension! The Rail Alliance is very proud to support the Yard and the opportunity it allows for organisations to showcase plant and machinery."”

Colin Flack, CEO, Rail Alliance

Space in the Yard costs less than half of the cost of general exhibition space; previous participants including Rail Ability and Keyline have enthused about the exceptional interest, new orders, raised profile and leads generated thanks to exhibiting in the Yard.

Prices
£139 per sqm (RPA and/or RA members)
£154 per sqm (non RPA / RA members)

Space in The Yard must be booked in conjunction with space in the main body of the Infrarail exhibition (starting from 9 sqm). The minimum space size in The Yard is 30 sqm.

Exhibitors at The Yard will be featured here with a company logo and brief description nearer the show, meaning further publicity and exposure to potential customers. Contact us today to find out more.
