HOST OF THE DAY (New to Infrarail 2012)
 
There is an opportunity for exhibitors to host one of the days that the exhibition is open to visitors. Each day will have numerous banners situated inside and outside the hall branded with the Infrarail and the host’s logo.

This sponsorship will include, total branding of the registration area for the day. Including logo's on the kick boards and welcome signs, as well as the registration pens (host to provide). The host will also receive a full webpage in the visitors section of the website (in addition to usual exhibitor listings) to be used as an information page.

Delegate Bags
Highly visible and highly exclusive – delegate bags are issued to visitors at Infarail as they walk through the entrance. Place your brand in their hands.

Lanyards
With your brand around the neck of over 5,000 delegates, visitors will wear their badge and your brand around the show – you’ll be surprised at how many people keep the lanyards for future use or as memorabilia in their office. 

‘You Are Here’ Boards
There will be two 'you are here' boards placed in the key areas of the show. The sponsor will have their logo on these boards in addition to having their stand highlighted to make sure they stand out. 

Networking Reception
The Infrarail Networking Reception starts as the first day’s trading slows down, and has now grown into a major event during the exhibition. All exhibitors and visitors are welcomed by a live band, complimentary drinks and canapés. What better way to expose your brand to the industry as the host of this popular and lively event.
